All JetBrains products can import settings in jar archive, but some of them exporting colors in *.icls files, that why it needed.Ĭommon problem is - that theme file can contain not all color pairs (its about 300 of them and growing when guys from JetBrains adding new features). When you downloading a theme - site generates JAR archive based on that color pairs and recreates XML file inside of archive. When you upload a theme - site parses xml and extract color identifiers and values for them (actually there are 2 different format of storing that information in xml).
